Go Speed Logistics - Customer Terms and Conditions

By using the Go Speed Logistics platform or booking delivery services through our website or Mobile App, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

By placing an order for delivery services with Go Speed Logistics, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these terms, you may not use our services.

  • Go Speed Logistics provides delivery and logistics services to individual and corporate customers.
  • Go Speed Logistics does not guarantee delivery timelines and is not liable for any delays due to weather, traffic, force majeure, customs inspections, third-party issues, road closures, labor strikes, mechanical failures, or any unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
  • Customers acknowledge that all deliveries are subject to availability, geographic limitations, and service constraints.
  • Go Speed Logistics reserves the right to refuse service to any customer at any time for non-compliance with these Terms and Conditions or for any reasonable cause.
  • Customers must provide accurate delivery information, including recipient name, address, and contact details.
  • Any incorrect or incomplete information that results in delivery failure is the responsibility of the customer, and additional charges may apply.
  • Customers must ensure that the package contents comply with all applicable laws and do not include restricted or illegal items.
  • Customers must properly package and label items to ensure safe transport. Go Speed Logistics will not be liable for damages resulting from poor packaging.
  • Customers assume all responsibility for compliance with import/export regulations if shipping internationally.

The following items cannot be shipped using Go Speed Logistics:

  • Hazardous or flammable materials
  • Perishable goods requiring special storage (unless prior approval is obtained)
  • Illegal substances, firearms, ammunition, or contraband
  • Cash, jewelry, or high-value electronics without proper insurance coverage
  • Fragile items that are not properly packaged
  • Any item that violates local, state, or federal laws
  • Any shipment that poses a safety risk to the driver or the public
  • Go Speed Logistics is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Customers should obtain insurance coverage for high-value shipments.
  • Go Speed Logistics is not liable for consequential, indirect, or special damages arising from the delivery process, including but not limited to lost profits, reputational damage, or business interruptions.
  • The customer assumes full responsibility for ensuring that packages are adequately insured.
  • If a package is lost or damaged, customers may file a claim, but Go Speed Logistics’ maximum liability is limited to the declared value or a fixed cap as stated in our claims policy.
  • Force Majeure Clause: Go Speed Logistics is not responsible for delays caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, war, terrorism, pandemics, road closures, or mechanical failures.
  • Corporate customers must set up an account with Go Speed Logistics and agree to specific payment terms.
  • Payments are due according to the agreed billing cycle (weekly/monthly).
  • Late payments are subject to interest charges of 20% per month and possible service suspension.
  • Go Speed Logistics reserves the right to terminate or suspend services for non-payment.
  • Any disputed invoices must be reported in writing within 10 days of receipt.
  • Customers may cancel deliveries before dispatch; however, a cancellation fee will apply.
  • No refunds will be issued once a package is picked up for delivery.
  • If a delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address details, failed recipient attempts, or other customer-related issues, re-delivery charges will apply.
  • Refunds will not be issued for failed deliveries caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.
  • If a recipient is unavailable at the specified delivery address, Go Speed Logistics will attempt delivery up to 1 time before marking the package as undeliverable. For any re-delivery attempt the charges will be applied accordingly.
  • If a package is not accepted by the recipient or is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for re-delivery fees, storage costs, and additional handling charges.
  • Storage Fees: If the package remains undelivered and the customer does not respond within 1 day,  additional storage fees will apply.
  • Re-delivery charges will be billed to the customer accordingly and must be paid before further attempts are made.
  • Deliveries may require a signature, photo proof, or electronic confirmation from the recipient.
  • If a package is marked as delivered by Go Speed Logistics, the company holds no liability for any claims of non-receipt unless a dispute is filed within 3 hour.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring safe drop-off locations if a signature is not required.
  • Customers agree to indemnify and hold harmless Go Speed Logistics, its employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or legal actions arising from their use of our services.
  • Go Speed Logistics complies with all applicable transportation, logistics, and privacy laws but is not responsible for customer violations of local, state, or federal regulations.
  • Any unauthorized or hazardous package identified by Go Speed Logistics will be returned at the sender’s expense, and the sender assumes full liability for any fines, legal actions, or damages incurred.
  • Any disputes related to Go Speed Logistics’ services shall be resolved through binding arbitration or mediation before any legal action is taken.
  • Customers waive the right to class-action lawsuits against Go Speed Logistics.
  • Claims for lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be submitted within 1 day of delivery with supporting documentation.
  • By using Go Speed Logistics, customers consent to the collection, processing, and storage of personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  • Customer data may be shared with third-party partners strictly for logistics, payment processing, and fraud prevention purposes.
  • Go Speed Logistics reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time.
  • Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
